Teriyaki Salmon or Chicken Breast

2 tbspn dark soy
1 tbspn toasted sesame oil
1 tspn sugar or maple syrup
chopped ginger and garlic (3 heads and about 1/2 inch)
toasted sesame seeds
1 tbspn rice wine vinegar

mix all ingredients but sesame seeds in a bowl and marinate salmon or chicken for 2/3 hours or overnight turning occasionally. Pan fry in 2 tbspns oil until dark brown and cooked through then serve with white rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
